Our office is considering using Intagent for an new website design. I have been search the web for reviews on Intagent but have not been able to come up with any. I would be interested in hearing from anyone out there that has reviews or comments about using and working with Intagent.

It looks like a great place to build a nice website, great templates and lots of added info for buyers and sellers. I just have not been able to find any reviews.

No our office did not end up using Intagent. Our goal was to find a user friendly site that would be easy for us to add listings, change prices and add pending to the listings. We also wanted a bit of a custom look to what our site looked like and what we could do with it. We ended up hiring a web designer to create a site for us using Wordpress. The price ended up being comparable and we are very happy with the end product. You can check out our site at aeRealty.net

I use them , Have a site www.bostonBR.com with them . You have to do all the work your self so it takes a lot of time. I have another jaguarRE.com that i have tried but for sales . Very little success. The rental one is great. If you are starting out i think you get a great site for no money up front and 30,.00 a month is nt bad at all. If you have a problem they are right back to you FAST.
It’s nothing really special about Intagent service.
Site functionality is more or less acceptable, but if you trying to tailor this site to your personal needs it could be challenging the way the layout looks like etc..
The worst case scenario when something is wrong and you need to fix it.
The technical support pretty much does not exists.
Customer support and tech support reps running you around for days or weeks promising that developers “looking into your problems”. None of them have any sense of urgency or any idea how it works from technical stand point. Not returning phone calls or reply to your emails.
I would not recommend http://www.intagent.com/ whatsoever.

I am using intagent right now and not all that pleased with it. I have trouble with the simplest thing such as getting tech support to email me my password when I have forgotten it. While the initial site looks very nice, I'm not thrilled with the unprofessional look of the individual listings. I don't like adding my own listings either.
Do not use Intagent. If you ever have to cancel for any reason, they do not let you. They ignore you. If you call billing and leave a message they NEVER call you back. On their message they say you can send an email and then when you do you get an auto reply that says the email is not actively maintained and to call. I had to cancel my credit card which was tied to other bills and now have to change everything. This is the most unethical company I have ever had to deal with.
Very hard to get phone call or any communication back or issues resolved. I try to get money back for last 3 month. First the CEO Greg Parker say he send it my credit card company have it. Not true Greg lie . He give instruction to PayPal to try not to give me my money back. Very shady and unethical operation and misleading communication.
I will have to take them to court.
I wanted to share our experience since we have actually had quite the opposite effect as some posted here. I know that its only natural to have people that are upset about something leave more poor reviews than those very happy. I would like to say that we've had our website for over 3 years and are extremely satisfied. Unlike what a few others have posted, we have our dedicated support specialist who I am in contact with often and we have had no issues with communication or trouble getting things working when need it.
We have had both their advanced IDX & website system as well as their newest IDX platform that is being rolled out to some areas, and so far it's been great. I have recommiended them to my colleagues who have also gotten sites under their broker plans and I believe they are also quite satisfied.
Useless company. Subcribe with Intagent for 6 months picked a template from their site and they could not make my IDX search engine work even close to what the template looked and functioned. Called emailed to cancel account and have been given the run around with none reply emails no return calls and Auto reply billings department that says.

OMG. Just run the other way and keep running. I have a renewal in dispute over a company I had a RE website with for the past 2.5 years. Now, it's all a hot mess. What I used to have from a semi custom layout to now junk is night and day. Website was down over 14 hours along with a nightmare of layout issues that remain unresolved. Online chat with LLoyd F. I was threatened by Intagent about going on. OMG. No one should ever be treated with such disrespect. Communication is real nightmare with this company, and don't expect anything except issues. Now having to go get another idx broker developer to recreate, so I can get marketing back on track for getting in front of potential opportunity. BCC have also been directed to Intagent LLC managing member Greg Parker. No one every responds to anything. Just not how to conduct business or run a business. Be picky. Be very picky. It's a business arrangement not a oneway street.
