Bike to Work this Month

ROCKVILLE, Md., May 8, 2012 - Join in the fun and fitness Friday, May 18, as the City of Rockville takes part in National Bike to Work Day, 6 to 9 a.m.

The City will host two pit stops for riders: one on East Montgomery Avenue, in front of Regal Cinemas, and the other in front of the Transit Center in the Fallsgrove community.

Pit stops will feature light refreshments, bicycle services and information about how to use your bicycle to get to work every day.

Pre-registrants receive a free t-shirt that can be picked up at one of the Rockville pit stops. Register atwww.biketoworkmetrodc.org.

Bike to work sounds like a great thing to do.  Get some exercise, save some gas money as well. I guess it would not work for a real estate agent or a cab driver though!
