Marilyn, I am a little late to your post but it is a very important post to everyone who has or knows someone who had died from cancer or who is a survivor. Thank you for walking for WOMEN EVERYWHERE! I walk the Relay for Cancer every year and it is an emotional journey for everyone involved. This year I walked for more surviviors than I ever have, perhaps that is good news!
Wanda, yes, survivors are wonderful. Thank you. I am proud of my daughter for starting the team and getting us involved in the event. We are planning to do it again next year. I hope we have more walkers and raise more money than what we did this year. My other daughter is having a rummage sale at her salon on Saturday and we are planning to donate 10 % ! Hoping theres enough left over to pay the propane bill!
