Katerina, a great short sale home so well appointed I'm sure you will have it in contract soon.. Wellington short sale agents know how to price and work with the banks to get approved short sale prices for their sellers...potential sellers need to know this and call you.
OMG how beautiful! I can't tell you how ready I am for a vacation and seeing the pictures of palm trees make me just want to drop everything and head to the nearest beach. (I guess that would be CA not FL for me, but it doesn't matter) LOL
