Hi Kristen: It just amazes me when I look at the prices in Gilbert. A very similar home here in Fort Worth, with a three car garage, would sell in the high 180's-low 190's here. The builder is continental on this home! I know prices are quite different around here. We have really grown into an amazing city. Phoenix is now the 5th largest Metropolitain city in the nation. Things are moving along....would love more business every day! Thank you!

Kristen: I am not surprised that it is Continental. I think they were purchased by DR Horton, and Horton builds a home locally in Fort Worth that looks very, very similar to the one you have pictured above.
