Starting in 2008, NP Dodge Company is launching a health and wellness initiative, "Ready, Set, GO!". The program is designed to provide information to all employees about the benefits of proper nutrition, exercise, and personal wellness. Saw this year-old post and wondered if it worked! I laughed at the attendance at Prairie Life Fitness, busy the first week of January and back to normal after that.
