Thanks for all your comments and questions.  The current application is for Windows / PC environment.  Our Mobile App is supposed to be ready in June which will work on iPhone, iPad and Droid devices.  We are hoping to launch our Cloud based version later this year but for now, this is a desktop version for your 'Personal" to do list. 

The handout page is up a running and so please try again.  I apologize for your inconvenience.  The servers must have been down for a short time. 

The database can be stored on a server for several people to work from.  Color coding would be useful here to separate users and tasks.

Outside Blog

I attempted to download the prograam Saturday but was told I needed another program to be able to install.  I was shocked when John called me on Saturday and spent a good 2 hours via the internet helping me to find the problem and that was blocking me from installing.  I haven't had a chance to really look at yet but so far customer service has been outstanding.

You are correct that many features are unused in many CRMs and why pay for it. Mine cost $99 a year and works cross platform. Sounds to me like you are on the right track.

Blake, what's the differences between the 2011 and 2012 versions? If I get into the older version, will it be "live" and free forever or will it be phased out? I'd hate to get used to something only to have to change again.

Eric-  If you utilize our free offer you can continue to use the software software free of charge forever.  We'll even give you great customer service.  If you wish to upgrade the software you would then pay for the upgrade.  Those upgrades include syncing with Outlook and timelime templates to auto schedule a list of tasks.  If you decided to upgrade to the version witht these features the software is a ONE-time fee of $160.  You will then receive future upgrades and customer support at NO additional cost.  We don't ask you for a credit card when you take our free copy, so you will not be charged for anything.

 

Praful-  We've been selling our 2011 version for $150 since it came out.  We're offering it for free at this time.  If you wanted the upgrades, you would then pay a 1 time fee of $160.  Then you would receive all future upgrades at no additional cost.  Or you can continue to use the software as is and never pay anything.
