Anita, short sales are still happening here but at a much slower rate...conventionals are the preference.

Roger, the buyers are extremely happy...my seller is just glad to move on.

Barbara, I will do short sales in all of South County for homeowners...

Bliz, it was a push to make it happen and the Bank relented...a lucky one to get closed so quickly.
