I am sure you have given it some thought. Question is have you landed on a plan. My wife and I have been using Real Estate as a major vehicle toward retirement for a number of years. A decade or so ago I had a conversation with a man with a plan for retirement. He told me that he wanted to retire with one million dollars. He decided to buy 10 homes with an average value of 100,000 dollars and keep them leased out until he was ready to retire. He now owns 15 homes and they are all valued at above 100,000. He owns five of them out right. The other ten are on 20 year notes. All are curretntly leased and he and his wife still have their day jobs and 401k's.

He was the inspiration for me to look into Real Estate and to get involved. If you would like to learn more about Real Estate investment contact us. It can be a good plan toward retirement.

Great plan... we decided to do the same thing about 20 years ago... sure the value dropped in the past few years but the rents keep providing a great income, in fact we are back in the house buying market right now... Have a Happy Day and good investing...

One thing for sure, if you don't have a plan you'll never see the end of the rainbow. In my opinion an investment in real estate is a good investment.

Transitioning into early retirement this summer. Made good investments, and now we can enjoy them.
