This allowed enough time to market the house and to obtain several contracts to sell the house during the process with the final contract finally meeting the bank's price requirement.
- Eventually a reasonably accurate valuation by Bank of America. Jim used his knowledge to dispute several inaccurate valuations.
- Regularly communicating with Bank of America, Buyer's Realtor and Title Company.
