Therefore, Jim wrote a cash offer on the Property and got the foreclosure sale postponed. Jim would use his knowledge and skill to get several foreclosure sales postponed during the long short sale process. This allowed enough time to market the house and to obtain several contracts to sell the house during the process with the final contract finally meeting the bank's price requirement.
  • Eventually a reasonably accurate valuation by Bank of America. Jim used his knowledge to dispute several inaccurate valuations.
  • Regularly communicating with Bank of America, Buyer's Realtor and Title Company.
