For anyone who is considering buying a bank owned home in Big Bear, be prepared to move quickly. I showed bank owned properties to some clients on Sunday and found two that we really liked. To their credit , my clients moved quickly and got their pre-approval letter on Tuesday. Unfortunately, both homes were gone by that time. Which goes to show you, no matter how slow the market, a good buy is still a good buy, and you need to be quick to snatch them up before the other guy.
