Having been in the Real Estate business for 30 years, we have found the most consistent and dependable way to lead generate is through my Sphere of Influence. As most of us are aware, we take recommendations from people we trust seriously. Therefore when someone who trusts us recommends us to their friends and co-workers, they already have a degree of trust in us. So when other agents ask about the best source of lead generation we recommend a client database be used to keep tract and work your sphere of influence.

One of the things we have found to be interesting lately has been our ability to leverage our internet presence when working to build our Sphere of Influence. We educate people that we talk to about the latest research showing that over 80% of the Buyers are searching the internet for properties. They usually ask us about our internet presence. We tell them that not only do we have our websites at the top of Google, Yahoo and Microsoft, but we also promote our client's properties on the national portals. By providing a little education we find we get more of mindshare of our clients.
