Blogging, Texting, Coaches, Virtual Assistants, Short Sales (I'M GETTING DIZZY)..........when do you have time to SELL? Who knew we would be forced to learn all these new skills after 20+ yrs. in the biz and doing it "OUR WAY"! 2008 is a whole new world for the real estate agent. Seriously, I find all of it fascinating and functional! And, a BIG plus is that I'm keepin' up with the young folks!! We must keep learning new and better sources to market and sell ourselves as well as our properties. DON'T CRY ABOUT THE MARKET CONDITIONS.........get out there and sign up for a BLOG, get a COACH and a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT and keep on moving........there's BIG BUSINESS waiting for you out there in the 2008 WHOLE NEW WORLD OF REAL ESTATE!!
