It has been years since I have been this busy. And, now I am off again in a couple of hours to write my second purchase agreement of the day, and one this evening.
That was one at 8 AM, one at 12:30 PM, and one at 5 PM. I don’t think I have had that much activity in one day for about seven years.
Uncork the champagne, and let’s celebrate. I found some inventory, great buyers, and great lenders.
And, I really do love real estate when it all comes together like this.
Each one of my buyers is like family. And, I love being able to help them find their new nests!
When I can guide them through the process, and hand them the keys, I will be more than satisfied. And, I know they will be, too.
