Living in the Eagle Ridge Golf Community in Gilroy, CA is truly a great lifestyle.  I live, and work, in Eagle Ridge and have been a resident for over 11 years.  My wife, Nancy Frimann, also works with me.  We have found homes and have helped many people achieve their housing dreams by getting them into their dream home.

This is the Eagle Ridge Clubhouse.  Golf is open to the general public and the 18 hole, Johnny miller designed course is wonderful to play, and is the centerpiece of this fabulous community.

One of the many bridges along the cart path here at Eagle Ridge.  The golf course is challenging but fair, and is enjoyed by players of all skill levels.

The golf course can be walked ro ridden.  Carts are required on weekends.  The blue roof across the street is the local middle school.

The Eagle Ridge Community pool is widely used and is great for lap swimming!

Thanks Jane.  We do our best.  Our clients seem happy.  There's a lot to know about this community, and a lot of agents don't know a lot of stuff that we know.  We tour every house on the market.  Hyper-local.  Nice  to farm at $4.00/gallon gas!  Thanks for the comment.
