Waterside is subdivision in Alpharetta Georgia 30004 in the Crabapple area of Alpharetta. Waterside is a newer subdivision in Alpharetta built between 2002 and 2004 with a swim tennis subdivision and has approximately 250 +/- homes. Waterside is located within a mile of Crabapple Corners near the Silos, and not too far from the brand new Milton High School campus. There are currently 7 homes for sale in Waterside, and the current prices of homes for sale in in the Waterside subdivision is $509,000 is the high price. It is a brick home with 4 bedrooms and 4 and 4.5 baths and a finished basement. The least expensive home for sale in Waterside $349,995 is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home on a slab that features a master suite on the main level, and a large fenced yard.
There were 15 homes sold in the Waterside subdivision in 2007. Th high price sold was 504,900 it sold in March of 2007 in 4 days on market. That home home had a full finished basement, 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths. The least expensive home sold in Waterside was sold at $327500 with $4158 in closing costs. It was a 4 bedroom, 2,5 bath home, and it sold in April after 51 days on the market.
