It was a busy week, as NAR came to town for the mid year meeting, complete with a Realtors' rally downtown.  But that did't keep me from reading your posts and picking a few favorites among many:

Joan Bischoff van Heemskerck:  Do you know how well your agent cooperates with other agents?  If your agent thinks all the rest are iincompetent idiots, watch out!

Martha Brown: Sunrise On The Chesapeake Bay  And while you're there, check out this one, too.  Made my title attorney flip out.

Joan Whitebook:  New Hampshire Spring Housing Market is in Full Bloom  This is a well-written market report with both good and bad news.

Debb Janes: Musical Chairs at the Finch Feeder - Exploring Clark County  Wild finches?  Here people keep them in cages!

Tni LeBlanc: Are FSBOs for the Dogs?  Maybe they are LIKE peple trying to find homes for dogs.  They have no idea what could happen!

Brenda Mullen:  Purchasing San Antonio TX Real Estate FAQ 1 - What is an Option Period  It's fun to read about our different customes

John Juarez: ARE REALTORS INTERCHANGEABLE, ALL THE SAME, EQUAL CLONES?  Read all about those buyers we love to hate!

Charita Cadenhead:  I Like It But I'm Not Going to Pay Full Price For It.  More of that buyer we love to hate!

Rebecca Riopells: How do you start your day?  The important thing is that Rebecca starts off her day with a plan!

And Jeff Dowler:  DON'T EAT THAT YET!! Famous Words from an ActiveRain Gathering in Annapolis MD  Jeff was the guest of honor at an Active Rain dinner in Annapolis.
