Myrtle Beach Market~ What's Happening Now?

Once again I drive down Ocean Boulevard and see all the crews working on all those hi-rises.

Next thing I know ,I'm driving down a what used to be a country road! I mean tons of construction busting out of the seams.

Wideneing of roads!

Businesses are sprouting up all over the Grand Strand!

Now tell me how bad of a market we are having!

If you think you need to wait until spring to buy something. Guess again! Deals are SMOKIN' HOTT right now.

AS most of us know, Hardrock Theme Park will be opening early this year!

More Jobs = More housing needs!

It is all adding up quickly!

Folks getting sick of the cold weather up NORTH!

Canadian money now being worth more than the Dollar!

How much more of an eye opening do we really need?

My eyes are wide open and ready to be of FULL service!

Myrtle Beach is already a hot destination.

We were just named in the top destinations on Yahoo again!

Chris, I love Myrtle Beach! I used to vacation there every year with friends (it's been about 7 years since I was there last) and we almost bought a condo there but then backed out of it. I am going to try to visit this summer. I guess it has grown since the last time I was there.

Chris ~ I am a Home Stager in Charleston, SC and feel the same way about growth throughout the coast. My company, Renewed Rooms, also has a division in Myrtle Beach and I love coming there to help stage homes and have meetings, as there is so much to do!! Hopefully the market will make a nice turn around for 2008.
