How Can You Market the Home Like This?

I try my hardest to keep my thoughts positive towards other realtors but sometimes I just see things that make me shake my head.  It's hard to believe that sellers are often unaware of how their realtor is (or in some cases are not) marketing their property.  Not every home is beautiful and often time pictures of the interior may not help the cause, but with luxury oceanview properties they absolutely should be showcased in every possible way.   I just noticed a newer listing for an oceanfront condo and was just shocked on how it was presented, and how little the agent did to really compel buyer to want or need to see it.  When buyers think of oceanfront, they want to picture themselves watching the sunset over the ocean while listening to the sounds of the waves.  On a home that has all this, how can it not be presented to take advantage of all it has to offer?  This oceanfront condo not only had no pictures, but had no description!  There isn't even a mention that it's oceanfront.  Perhaps the agent thinks the market is so strong that pictures and words aren't necessary, but is it really that much effort to take a sunset photo, or mention the location and all it has to offer?  What an opportunity it is to be the listing agent on such a wonderful ocean front property....shouldn't we take advantage of that opportunity to do the very best for our clients, or if nothing else, for ourselves?

Which home would more likely capture your interest?
