In my experience, in the Real Estate / Title Insurance / Mortgage business past success stories are generally not applicable to new situations...We must continually reinvent ourselves, responding to changing times with innovative new business models. That's why Franklin Title has grown like we have from refinance and new home construction booms to bank owned / REO, short sales, and HARP 1 & 2 refi booms returning. We've continually shifted with the market and offered innovative products to support our clients like 5 year follow up marketing after the closing table and closings literally anywhere-anytime in Michigan.
