106 Comments on Big news - Freddie Mac Now Accepts Electronic Signatures
I've held off buying the docuSign software. Would like to hear from agents how valuable they think it is. With scanning and emailing abilities, I get things pretty quickly from 95% of my clients.
Thanks for sharing; this is important and welcome news indeed!
Thanks for keeping me informed.
That is big news!!! Thanks for the information. Have a great Saturday!!
It's about time they caught up to the rest of the world.
That is great news! I know that Chase also accepts electronic signatures
This is very big news. Thank you for keeping all of us in the Active Rain community informed.
Wonderful. So many Clients get overwhelmed with the paperwork and timelines required. This is a major help. Thank you for the update.
How is this new news? I've seen this post over and over and over...
It's accepting VERY limited electronic signatures. Trust me, I'm in Freddie Mac fiasco right now:-)
Great news! Thanks for posting.
Like MaryKay I am not experiencing this at all. We are on a run around right now to get real signatures. Ugh. Love Docusign though and will use it whenever I can.
Any word when Fannie Mae will follow?
Any word on short sales and esignatures working together?
Yeah!! Finally...
This is great news! It will help buyers to get their offers submitted much more quickly!
Great news! Thank you
What's interesting about this is I have bought multiple homes from Freddie Mac since the announcement and some still required signatures that were not electronic but some were ok with it. One was a hybrid. Weird.
YAY! We needed that! Fannie Mae too?
