Hello Dick -- in many cases,  first time homebuyers may be able to afford a home less than they are paying in rent.  If the numbers are aligned correctly and their situation merits, a home purchase could be a wise move and Greeley Colorado looks to be a good place to look for that "dream" home.

I get the reasoning behind so much under $100K.  If you can afford a little over, the inventory is probably in much better condition.
