I provide my own signs and lock boxes. So if they go missing I am the only one who will be crying.

Oh boy, looks like it's been there a while. Wow. They mowed the lawn right over it!

I posted last year about one of my goals was to keep my signs up and clean. Good signs are good marketing.

we had a sign stealing in our neighborhood too, 7 signs all ended up in front of an unlisted house... never solved but lots of  guessing

Looks like that sign has been forgotten for quite some time.  I make sure my signs and lockboxes are all returned.

That's amazing. Funny as hell, but amazing. I'm surprised that more junk collectors don't pick up signs in the middle of the night and sell them for scrap metal.

Did you borrow it for target practice?  Can't imagine forgetting about a sign, it's a waste of hard earned dollars.

Now that is funny!  We make sure that all of our signs are on sturdy posts and then we secure them with barb wire.  Just kidding but it is a thought!

Greg - looks like it has been there a while!  I've had them stolen before and all I see is dollar signs flying away.

Hey Greg,

I have had buyers hide the signs to keep drive by buyers from knowing the property is available.  The signs are not cheap.  Best of success to you this year!

Did the sign predate the fence? How exactly did it get under there?

That listing would be easy to get!  Clearly the agent hasn't been paying it much attention.

Greg you just never know what you are going to find once you get out there and finally mow the lawn.

Greg - That's quite a useful place for a sign provided you're trying to advertise to a kid in the backyard.

I bet this agent is no longer in business-many great signs come to an end like this one

Greg, I've heard of personalized stepping stones, but that's going a bit far... :D
