Listening to the major media you would have to think that the entire world is falling in, the market has stopped homes are not selling and lets just throw up our hands and give up....
In our MLS (ARMLS) between January 1st 2007 and December 31st 54341 residential properties sold, the newspapers will tell you that this is almost 20000 less than the year before and 50000 less than 2005 but homes are selling, people are moving and there are opportunities.
you can look at the numbers below as a positive or a negative but those that look at the opportunities will win regardless what the media says.
