Great use of space in this home and the owner has done a great job decorating! Texas is a hot market right now...so I'm betting you have an offer soon!
So how long are properties taking to sell at this price point? Here in S. Florida average time about two weeks.

Winston, these homes typically sell FAST. We have had 10 showings in 10 days but no offers. With all the bedrooms upstairs, that sometimes takes a bit longer but being under $150,000 helps.
