Ft Pierce, Florida PENDING Lot is a GIFT

Take a look at this Pending Lot. This Pending sale was unusual, at least for me. In other words, it does not happen everyday. I was asked to write an offer and when we settled on the price I was told that the sale would be a gift for someone special. The offer was cash and the closing would be in three days.
