I know I've been MIA these past few days, but I've been putting in very long days AND nights working with three very motivated bome buyers recently. Add that on to all of my normal daily routine items and, sadly, my presence here has suffered.

With that being said, I'm riding this current wave hard and when the dust settles, I'll be back on a regular basis.
