Spring Flowers in the Rain

Those of us that enjoy flower photography have our favorite times for taking the best pictures.  We love the morning light for flower photographs and prefer cloudy days that have not deep shadows.

In the spring, we frequently have spring showers that make the flowers grow.  Photographers love to go out between the showers to capture flower images that show the droplets of rain reflected by the light.  Some photographers cheat a bit and carry a spray bottle to create extra water droplets as desired.

These are some of the flowers in home garden after this week's spring showers.  Have a great week, with your camera in hand.  Life is better when there are flowers to photograph.

I hope you will re-blog this post to share the flowers.

Roy, I love flowers but haven't gotten in to photographing them as a hobby. Great tips here though. What I find hard is fighting wind and keeping them still. I love your Watermelon Gerbera Daisy!!!
