I read about this the other day . Just another casualty of the financing crisis.

Dave, In Florida they where great on Seconds.  The first they where never really that well priced or aggresive in.  With the way the market went I can fully understand why they pulled out of the market.

It is hard to say who will be next, but everyone trying to do Fannie Mae, FHA, and Freddie Mac .... We don't need this many lenders offering the same products.

It looks like the worst is over in terms of mortgage lenders going under, but National City's troubles keep the streak alive. Citi and some other big players are still struggling, so expect a few more casualties in the spring.

The bigger question is what will happen to those of us on the wholesale side of the business.  Are we simply being cut out of the market, one company at a time? 

I think it may get thin for awhile, I can't imagine that it will go completely away.
