“Median Existing-home price for all housing types was $163,800 in March, up 2.5% from March 2011.”
“Investors purchased 21% of homes in March… and first-time home buyers accounted for 33% of transactions in March” up from last month.
“According to Freddie Mac, the national average commitment rate for a 30 year, conventional, fixed-rate mortgage was 3.95% in March.”
“All-cash sales slipped to 32% of transactions in March from its previous 33% in February.”
