Just listed is a townhome on the second row, 3 levels with ocean views on top floor, 2 bedrooms, 3 baths,  1,855 square feet, and the list price is $1,695,000.  I previewed this last week for my client.  It’s in great condition, really clean and a blank canvas ready for a new owner’s personal touch.  They just replaced the carpeting, smoothed the cottage cheese ceilings and did a fresh coat of paint.  However, the price is a tad lower than usual since the bathrooms and kitchen eventually need updating.
