Coconino County Trustee Sales May 14-18, 2012

Industry Observer with Retired from RE/MAX Peak Properties

In spite of the long list of potential foreclosures at the beginning of last week, when the gavel came down in Coconino County, only six properties changed ownership. Two of those went to third-party bidders and the other four reverted to the banks. Look for those four, at least, to appear shortly on the Flagstaff MLS as bank-owned properties:

Black        Lot 1, Anasazi Trails                Third Party Bidder                $146,000
Martinez    Portion Sec.12,T21N,R8E        Central Mortgage Company    $144,216.17
Wells        Lot 37, Kachina Village 15        Green Tree Servicing         $185,020.70
Mackelprang  Portion Tr. 100, Fredonia Ag Tracts  Wells Fargo Bank    $89,600.00
Collins        Lot 774, Kachina Village 6       Saxon Mortgage Services    $79,465.50
Harting        Lot 117, Greenlaw Twnhms 2        Third Party Bidder        $100,500.00
