Here in Louisville, Kentucky, KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY is growing by leaps and bounds!  In just less than two years we are already bursting at the seams in our first location in the Highlands, and are about to open our second location in the Hurstbourne Road area.

The agents are CATCHING THE EXCITEMENT and joining our ranks every day.  Here in the Louisville Metro area and in Oldham County where we specialize, we are still NEWBIES, but that's changing as we are "painting the town RED - one sign at a time!" 

After almost two decades with a well-known traditional company, Jerry and I joined KELLER WILLIAMS.  It was a little scary at first, I must admit.  It's hard to leave your comfort zone.  We tend to get comfortable and complacent and don't want anything to rock our world.

But, man, KELLER WILLIAMS has rocked our world - in wonderful ways!  They took us out of the traditional mold of trying to do every aspect of every transaction ourselves, to teaching us how to look at our careers as a business.  Our business.  They taught us how to hire our first assistant.  How freeing that was!  Finally, we are freed up to do what we do best - SELL HOUSES! - while "letting go" of the day-to-day mundane paperwork and let an assistant do that for us.

Some of the best minds in the business are from KELLER WILLIAMS.  We have learned all about "branding" - and have bought a moving truck with our "brand" on it:  our name, logo, slogan and photo:

The wealth of knowledge we have gained in the few short months we've been with KELLER WILLIAMS has been amazing!  There are seminars and classes going on continuously. 

But probably the thing Jerry and I have most embraced has been the difference in culture.  We profit share, and we applaud each other's accomplishments.  We share ideas and treat each other with respect.
