Life is good when business is buzzing – finding life balance is the challenge when opportunities are booming here in TEXAS! I haven't found much time to sleep since I got back from D.C. from the 2012 NAR Midyear Meetings and EXPO. After the Rally I visited the Zoo because my flight didn't leave till 7. I'm so glad I got to see the Flamingos who reminded me that Life is Good when there is Life Balance!

Here in Texas, I'm still negotiating on a home in Frisco where my clients (tenants) are ready to finally rest in their own home - why? Because renting gets old when you have a family and that cute little rental house no longer meets your needs.
As for my Sellers - they both have great homes to sell, one in Flower Mound; the other in Roanoke. They are both adorable and priced below $200,000.
