Information about crime for your clients

What agent hasn't had a client ask them about the "BAD" areas of town?  Even though we can't steer them away from any one certain neighborhood, I think that we can still provide them with the resources to do their own homework.  Almost all local law enforcement agencies have websites that tell you what police officers are doing in that area.  This information includes things like calls for service in specific areas, locations of sexual predators, and houses that have had drug labs in them.  This is all valuable information that your clients could use to make an informed decision when purchasing their home.  The following are a couple of websites in Larimer County Colorado.

I hope nobody is telling clients that certain area's are "the bad area".  Give your clients sources to reasearch and let them decide which neighborhoods are good for them.  Then show them where THEY WANT.

Y yes we can provide them with information to help them. Let alone I guess that they drive the neighborhood to and from work and see if the commute will work for them.
