How fun to get a comment from you, Penny. Thank you! My husband was offered a public health scholarship to earn his Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (beautiful country). He chose instead U.C.L.A. for his M.P.H., and then later got his Ph.D.
