Colorful "Haight Ashbury" in San Francisco by Robert Swetz 5-2012

On my last visit to San Francisco I went over to The Haight Ashbury district in San Francisco California. I took hundreds of photographs and around 30 minutes of video footage.

I spent around 3 hours walking the streets of The Haight Ashbury district, it was very interesting.

Hello Michael ... thanks for stopping by and this is just a fraction of the photos I took when in the Haight Ashbury area, I love the area. When I was there I had a black shirt on with HUGE Florescent letters on the back that spelled VEGAS BOB ... as people walked by and or behind me they were shouting "Vegas Bob" ... I even had conversations with some locals and they mentioned they knew me, "Go Figure"

That's a lively, colorful scene VB. The architecture is intriguing especially the curved glass and sashes in some of the homes. These pictures make me want to visit too. What a great gimpse!
