The resale Home Guide

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with KELLER WILLIAMS

The Resale home guide is new in the Charlotte/ Union County area. I find it difficult to read and now well laid out. I know it is suppose to be the equivalant to new homes quide but I am not sure if buyers will use it because of the way it is set up. Is the resale home guide unique to the Charlotte are or is it published in other area? If so how has it been received by the realtor community and buyers?

What do you think of the resale guide as a realtor in the Charlotte area?

The Resale Home Guide delivered it's 7th issue this past week here in Charlotte.  As co-owner, I can tell you that it has been well received by consumers.  We are frequently called and emailed with only positive comments on it's layout and functionality.  Our website is also very well layout, and quickly puts users through to agents listings on their own website and their listings very easily.

Area agents that have advertised listings are seeing increased activity.  We will assign trackable phone numbers and provide web link reports to prove we are provided results through advertised listings.  We also direct mail a copy each month to every home listed in the publicaiton.  Also, we have extensive distribution in 10 counties in the Charlotte metro area.  The publication is unlike any other magazine around, and we hope that it's simple easy to use format will continue to catch the attention of home-buyers and realtors in the months ahead!
