Charlestown RI Real Estate Market Report- April 2012

7 Charlestown RI homes have been sold in April 2012:

1 home sold for over $400,000

1 home sold between$300,000- $400,000

5 homes sold less than $300,000

There were 120 Charlestown RI homes for sale in April 2012.  This is the second month of an increase in real estate inventory in Charlestown RI.  

Average Home Sale Price in April 2012 was $274,128,  homes sold on average for 96% of list price  and were on the real estate market for 162 days on average.
 
The Charlestown RI real estate market number of sold homes has decreased with April sales but pending home sales are up 50% so that is encouraging for sellers.
