29 Comments on Investment property: Staging on a budget
Hi Teresa-
Can you share more about the "accessory staging"? Do you price your decor by the piece once you see the vacant? I am thinking that this might work for some clients unwilling to pay the price for large furniture items... Thanks!
Kathy
Teresa-Nice way to work on a tight budget....super tight! Glad to see the sponged half-wall painted. The window treatments in a similar tone looked right. The duo of prints looked great in the kitchen! Nice! Regards-Kathleen G

Did your fee include painting the faux finish on the walls? They really looked awful, that made a huge difference.

Teresa-It just goes to show that even a little staging can help a vacant property. Congrats on the contract and the prospect of more jobs.
