Dance My career and interest background in life is quite diverse. It gets me in trouble at parties where people ask me what do I do, where I don't define myself ONLY by my work. With backgrounds in Engineering, Sales, Writing, Real Estate, Management, Investing, Marketing, the Internet, etc. I just usually say I am ME. But from my Engineering roots thinking about feeling good in life with everything I thought

A + B = HAPPINESS

Happiness is a "byproduct" and happens when things come together. A is YOU and B is the things you add to your life to give you the best chance of that butterfly called happiness deciding to land on your finger. Find all those B elements in your life that to do that.

One simple example in life for me is the people I add to the mix, to my life. Those I truly cherish. I know they are good for me and even if we have our ups and downs for stretches, I never want to let those I love go from me. EVER!!!

They are KEEPERS....

Another example is music. Take me and a song I love and I play it on a musical instrument or listen to it on a player, on the car radio or YouTube and INSTANT happiness!!!

Work on all those elements, those B factors to add to your A and you will hit that desired result HAPPINESS over and over again.

I thought wife Debbie was the only person that answered "I'm just me. That's how she introduced herself to me 11 years ago as, "I'm just me." When asked she describes herself as average which I highly disagree with but that's her take. Thinkin' I choose to dance today and be me.... :)

Eli Maria: Your song selection especially made me think that we all make being "happy" way too difficult. It can come down to being satisfied with just a few "little things." Maybe music, or a child, or your woman (or in your case, man), and along with that throw into the equation a "dog named Boo." : ) Great song, goes way back from 1971 Lobo. You know music, very good, connecting a theme with a tune.... makes me want to hit the road... ha ha
