Roger, Santa Fe is now 402 years old and additional land for a 3 car garage can be a premium request in town or near in-town. This affordable home is one of those rare gems where the Sellers had the land room to expand and did so with all permits.

Emily:  Not to show my age or anything ... cough cough ... but there was a time when a 2-car garage was deemed a real luxury and upper-class.  Now??  It's not unusual for homes here in Chicagoland to have 3-car garages .. and perhaps even another separate garage located elsewhere on a property.  My how times changes us ...
