We seem to be at a stalemate. The only units selling these days are the luxury high rise condo deals, the bargains, or the top floor units which still seem to get a premium. There is an exception to every trend & the top of the building units seem to be bucking the trend of declining prices. The fortunate Sellers who could afford to buy the crown jewels of the luxury high rises will surely find a buyer, usually a cash buyer, who has to have the best views in the building and realizes that what is desirable and unique in Las Vegas real estate will always command a premium price.
