Marketing Luxury Real Estate: A Flower is a Perfect Brand

Asiatic lilies

Flowers are fascinating.  We never tire of looking at them: they have texture, color and within the colors gradients.  Nature has given each flower its own survival strategy in attracting birds, butterflies and insects for pollination as well as their shape, their color and their preference of soil and sun.  A flower is a well crafted brand, uniquely perfect and a stand out among others of its species.   It is programmed for success by virtue of its nature.

What flower appeals to you most?  And why?

What beautiful lilies!  I was just visiting a friend and they had these in their bathroom, they smelled wonderful!

I think Lilies are beautiful, but their perfume is far too strong for me.  I actually have a problem in funeral parlors because of it.  I refer to them as "death flowers" because they are so often used there.  LOL!  My favorite is hydrangea...I have no idea why!

Didi,

Thanks for your comment, they are beautiful in any decor.

John,

Yest they do brighten up the day,

Sharon,

Unlike their white frriends, they have no odor whatsoever.  I agree with you about the other lillies being overly fragrant, and for that reason I never buy them, and their stamen stain everything, so it has to be removed.  These are odorless and silvery burgundy pink, and spend their time looking beautiful.  Whenever, I have received white ones as a gift, they spent their lives on our outdoor patio, looking beautiful.  LOL A

Lilies are my favorite flower of all.  Even more so than orchids and roses.  I'm always fascinated by the many colors they come in.  If I had to come back as a flower, I'd want to come back as a Stargazer.  They're the red ones with the white edges:-)

Stargazers don't seem to have an scent either, Alexandra. I can't stand the perfumey odor of the white ones. These are lovely.

Jane,

I agree with you, and I love flowers, they are always a relief to the eye and soul.

Myrl,

We all have our favorites, and the stargazers are absolutely beautiful, and I understand your love of them.

Toni,

We were given white lilies as a housewarming present years ago by a client.  When he came over we put them back on the living room table, so as not to insult his lovely gift.  The minute he left, we had them on the patio table. LOL

Larry and Sheila,

For me luxury is having flowers everywhere in my surroundings, inside and outside...it is an immediate moment of cheer.

Patty,

Amen to that, and it is so nice that so many of us love them and share them in the rain.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone.  A

I love flowers! A flower is a brand- what a great statement- to stand out from the others-just like a realtor. Thanks!
