I read a blurb the other day that kind of hit me. "There's no point in putting a review of your services on your site since you're never going to post a bad review".personal SEO reviews

Makes perfect sense to me. Why would you ever put a negative comment or review on your site? Google reviews can accept unbiased types of reviews but we will never put a bad comment, testimonial, or review on our website; that's just the truth of it.

But I did get a really good comment today that just made me smile and made my day. We're setting up a new client's website, her Facebook page, and doing monthly SEO for her and in among the e-mails she sent me this great note saying "You are so good, make me feel like I'm the only client you have.

BIG Thank You"
 
While that's far from the truth, we do try to make sure that every client feels that we are part of their marketing team and that they're the only clients we have. I'm sure most of our clients realize they are not the only client that we have but we want to make sure that when they call we answer, when they e-mail we respond, and when they ask for assistance we're there to provide it.
 
There's nothing better than a great review especially when you've never asked for it.

You are a very special person. This is not a business for you, it's a relationship system. Part of what you do is portray your clients so you have to know them quite well.  In a way it's like a Realtor - Buyer relationship. Congrats on the kind words!

Doesn't that just make your day??? And yes why would we post negative comments. That's not how the game is played, but isn't it a shame that people are usually more willing to spread the negative than the positive.
