I am a big list maker.  My mind doesn't spit out info as good as it takes it in.

Especially when it comes to vacations or weekends to the cabin.

I have a note book that details everything I will need.  Every weekend is different depending on who is going to visit that weekend.

If I have work to do, I have a list of tools I have at the cabin and a list of what I may need. 

Many people laugh at me, but I have very little issue of forgetting things we need and that makes for a much more fun time.

Even if you remember in your mind 9 out of 10 things on a list Bill, the list idea covers everything you think of and like a CHECKlist, nothing will fall through the crack. Almost everyone at the grocery store uses a list, so I have no problem with it....

Bill, I have a camping checklist, and we keep the camping boxes stocked with clean useable items ready to go.  Then, all I need to do is add to what we have as the situation changes, just like you.
