Since I joined RE/MAX Assured Properties last week (yes, last week) I have gotten so many calls, emails and even a nice hand written note congratulating me on the move and wishing me great success.

I am overwhelmed at the flood of compliments about RE/MAX and specifically the office I choose to work with. There is an obvious love for this organization that I was not aware of when I was working with a different company.

I wanted to share one email that was sent to me  (I have not put the agents name in as I do not want to embarrass anyone)...

----------

Hi Charles,

I am glad you made the move to RE/MAX! I have mentioned to quite a few people this year how pleasant and professional you were to work with. I can honestly say that I have not worked with anyone better over the last 9 years.

I am sure everyone will enjoy and appreciate you being there.

Regards,

(name withheld)

----------

I have to say that this is such a nice compliment I am a little lost for words.

Yes Charles is "Speechless"

It is really nice to be at a company where the agents want to see you succeed!

Stay tuned I have a feeling this is not my last post about RE/MAX!

Birds of a feather flock together.......and I am not surprised you would be getting a lot of congrats notes.  It is more about you than the office, Charles.  I am happy you have found a new home where you will thrive.

Charles - You are going to be kicking yourself that you did not make the move sooner. I know when I started at RE/MAX in 96 thats all I though about.

Charles, I am not an agent but I do have several people that I associate with that are Re/Max agents. They seem to be doing well and like the company.  8-)

Great decision to come to REMAX. They are an awesome company and a leader. In our area we see more REMAX signs than any other real estate sign, which really helps for marketing. Good luck in 2008 and I wish you tons of success!

Charles, Congratulations on choosing RE/MAX. I would have loved to have stayed after 11 years, but locally it was not working when our former broker/owner didn't renew his franchise.

It is a fantastic company and you will get great support nationally and regionally with all the systems to help agents.

Charles,

When I joined ReMax a couple months ago I was SO surprised (pleasantly!!) at the outpouring of offers of assistance, information. sharing and general empathy for 'starting over' in a new brokerage.  The RM organization is unlike anything I have ever experienced and I will forever be grateful to be among them.

But, in all honesty, based on the email you posted you have a following.  One that will be with you no matter where your license is.  This, in itself, is a true testament to your business acumen, your professionalism and your character.  Congratulations on achieving those very important goals.

I hope you will be attending the convention in March.  I'm told it's a real boost to understanding the ReMax business model and building a network of professionals.

Take care - be well - and stay on top!

CAROL - Thank you so much for your comment and compliment. It was really amazing that the message you are referring to came to me after I joined RE/MAX, that says a lot for the organization too.

Charles, Now you start your own series of posts on "Why I love Re/Max." I don't think that title is copyright protected.

I looking forward to reading it, but only if its about you and not some other Re/Max agent. And you don't need Tom Cruise's picture, yours will work just fine.

Charles, what took you so long to smell the preverbial coffee?  I started at C-21 in 1996 & moved to RE/MAX in 1999...Never looking back!  Welcome to the Franchise!  Is there a RE/MAX Group on AR?

Thanks again, from Idaho,

Charles, once again, welcome to RE/MAX.  Maybe you should plan on hopping over to the RE/MAX International Convention in Vegas this March to get you really fired up.  I am hoping to make it there too.

The best is yet to come!  I found there were so many prime time opportunities from being associated with REMAX over the years.  You need to listen to why persons will seek you out, and listen to what people and corporations say about us!  Over the years we have been interviewed by major TV stations, radio stations, Internet news sites, Bank Rate.com, national TV networks, newspapers, trade magazines, heads of corporations because of my visibility and affiliations.  Think of it this way...when was the last major interview you heard of with a no name company on the evening news?  You more than most because of you high visibility, are going to reap a lot with this affiliation!  Best wishes!

Charles  After 27 years with RE/MAX I remember when my hsband's prior broker told him, "RE/MAX won't last."  The firm no longer exists

Charles right on for your move.  I wish you the best with Remax.  I too am in the market to move in a month or so.  I hate the start up fees and changes but I will be doing it soon.
