Today was Friday, the 13th, I don’t care what you tell me otherwise.
My phone died…(which I don’t mind because I need a new one anyway). I couldn’t print PDFs again…got that figured out again right before another big client appointment.
I lost a complete blog that I was in the process of saving in draft while I was on the phone with my broker and trying to print the PDFS.
Didn’t get my 100 points for spam reporting from AR which I had coming.
My truck tire decided that it should go flat at the bank drive-through.
And, my very best favorite clients lost ANOTHER house in a short sale because the agent (who was my former broker in another life at a Big Box) didn’t know that Bank of America won’t negotiate short sales in Minnesota or anywhere in the U.S. after a Sheriff’s Sale even though we have a six-month redemption period and there was a memo to every Realtor® in the State of Minnesota regarding that from the CEO of the Minnesota Realtors Association.
But, tomorrow is another day....and I did have one completed PA with just an inspection contingency to go to closing.
So, with that I will breathe a sigh of relief and off to dreams of one new happy homeowner.
