Good advice The writer is Catherine Reagor. Her advice is : 1st ask for full copy of the valuation report. 2nd. Compare appraisers value of your home to other comparable sales. 3rd: To file a complaint with the Arizona Board of Appraisal, go to www.appraisal.state.az.us or call (602) 542-1539.

If you need more help. Give me a call. I can not do an appraisal but I can give you a Broker Opinion of the current market value of your home.

<a href="http://10besttucson.com/listings/Appraiser/">Appraiser</a>you are giving some good advices but except you anybody told you that these advices works or not? you better ask someone about this and then you will came to know that is these advices works or not.
