Russ Wiles -Arizona Republic Great Columist "It is time to get real with finances in '08

Today's article -- January 6,2007 Section D page 5. Good ideas I agree with his more turth in advertising with real estate but he left out my two biggest complaints: Mortage Lenders are not adequately licensed and the Public is not properly informed on mortgage costs and options. Our foreclosure and Short Sale issues are caused by Greed -- mortgage companies taking excess fees and not informing the consumer on the real costs of their debt.
